Pumpin Patch

I love this time of year!
And nothing kicks it off like a trip to the pumpkin patch. We found the perfect pumpkin, went through the corn maze, fed the animals (Andrew chased the animals-One of the chickens was wandering about and he was determined to hold it.) and had a great time with friends.

Andrew's Angry Birds Birthday

Happy Birthday Andrew!

In September, when Andrew's birthday seemed right around the corner, I asked him if he wanted to go bowling for his birthday party this year. His answer,
"Yah!...But I don't want to go bowling. I just want to play the games at the front."

This past year Andrew has discovered video games and he is quite a talented, problem solving game player. (A bit of an addict as well.)
One of his favorites is from his Daddy's phone-Angry Birds.
So I booked a time at The Funhouse and we all played.

The day started with a trip to Dixie Cream for donuts.

Then we made sure to take cupcakes to share with his Pre-K class.

School Days

Madilyn's first day of 2nd grade and her first day on the bus.
She was so excited.

Andrew's first day of Pre-K.

Eliza's first day with mommy all to herself.
We had lots of tears the first few weeks whenever Madilyn got on the bus or Andrew went with carpool. Poor kid. But she and I have had some fun snuggle and playtime together too.

What an amazing day! We went with Pops, Tim's brother, Jer, his wife, Heather, and their cutie pie, Kinsley. We had the best time. Jer took us to do all the fun touristy stuff...

Did you know the tooth fairy pays double when you loose your tooth out of state? We know because Madilyn has now lost teeth on vacation in Utah and California.

We were able to visit some of Tim's family this summer in Sacramento and you know the trip is going to be fun when it starts out in Tahoe. Tim's brother and his wife's family invited us to go with them for the weekend
and it was wonderful!

a great time.
